These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of eliteoutsiders.com (the "Website") and any products or services offered by Ether's, operating as Elite Outsiders ("the Provider," "we," "us").

By using our Website or purchasing our products, you agree to these Terms.

1. Services Description

Elite Outsiders provides:

  • Free self-assessment tools: the Trigger Map interactive quiz, which generates a personalized Trigger Profile based on user responses
  • Digital products: downloadable programs, protocols, and frameworks (including the Trigger Deactivation Protocol)
  • Email content: the Sovereign Briefing newsletter and related email sequences
  • Coaching services: one-on-one advisory coaching sessions (when available)

2. Eligibility

Services are strictly reserved for adults (18 years and over). By using the Website or purchasing products, you confirm you have full legal capacity and that the information you provide is accurate.

3. Digital Product Purchases

Pricing: All prices are displayed in USD and are subject to applicable taxes (calculated automatically by Stripe at checkout based on your location).

Pre-orders: Some products may be available for pre-order before full release. By pre-ordering, you agree to pay the listed price and receive the product upon its release date. If the product is not delivered within 30 days of the announced date, you are entitled to a full refund.

Payment: All payments are processed securely by Stripe, Inc. We do not store your payment information.

Delivery: Digital products are delivered electronically via email and/or a dedicated access page. Delivery is considered complete once the product is made available to you.

4. Refund Policy

30-Day Guarantee: If you purchase the Trigger Deactivation Protocol, apply the methods described, and see no measurable reduction in trigger intensity within 30 days, you are entitled to a full refund plus a complimentary coaching session.

To request a refund, email [email protected] within 30 days of purchase with a brief description of how you applied the protocol.

EU right of withdrawal: Under EU consumer law, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal for digital purchases. However, by accessing the digital content, you acknowledge and agree that you waive this right of withdrawal, in accordance with Article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code.

5. Free Tools (Trigger Map)

The Trigger Map self-assessment is a free educational tool. It is not a diagnostic instrument, clinical assessment, or substitute for professional evaluation. Results are generated algorithmically based on self-reported responses and are intended for self-awareness purposes only.

By using the Trigger Map, you acknowledge that the results do not constitute a medical or psychological diagnosis.

6. Medical Disclaimer

Elite Outsiders provides educational coaching and frameworks. Alexandre Corne is not a licensed therapist, psychologist, psychiatrist, or medical doctor.

The content, tools, and products on this Website do not constitute medical advice, psychological diagnosis, or treatment. They are not a substitute for professional mental health care.

If you are experiencing a mental health crisis, suicidal thoughts, or danger to yourself or others, please contact emergency services or a qualified mental health professional immediately.

7. Intellectual Property & Confidentiality

All methods, processes, tools, frameworks, and terminology developed by the Provider — including the DAH Method™ and the Trigger Deactivation Protocol — constitute confidential information and trade secrets.

Upon purchase, you are granted a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the product for your own personal development. You may not:

  • Reproduce, distribute, or resell any content
  • Share access credentials or product materials with third parties
  • Use the content for commercial purposes (coaching, training, resale) without written authorization
  • Publicly disclose proprietary methods or frameworks

8. Obligation of Means

The Provider is bound by an obligation of means, not of result. We commit to delivering the best possible content and tools, but results depend on the user's personal commitment, circumstances, and factors outside our control.

9. Liability

The Provider shall not be held liable for:

  • Decisions or actions taken by the user based on the content
  • Indirect damages or financial losses
  • Service interruptions due to force majeure (pandemic, natural disaster, internet outage, etc.)

10. Exclusion

The Provider reserves the right to temporarily or permanently exclude any user whose conduct harms the delivery of services or the Provider's image. Such exclusion does not give rise to any refund.

11. Personal Data

Personal data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

12. Feedback & Testimonials

Any feedback, suggestions, or testimonials provided may be used by the Provider for improvement, communication, or promotional purposes, without compensation and without time limitation.

13. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by French law. Any dispute shall be submitted to the competent courts of Paris, France.

14. Claims & Mediation

In the event of a dispute, the user must first submit a written claim to:

15. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is declared null or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall retain their full force and effect. The applicable Terms are those in force at the date of the order.
